Pollution vacuum cleaners to avoid driving bans

With 56µg/m³ of nitrogen oxides measured at the Theodor-Heuss-Ring measuring station, the city of Kiel is one of the most polluted cities in Germany and urgently needs measures against air pollution. Instead of preparing driving bans, the city wants to test an "exhaust gas aspirator" to purify the air. The device should filter up to 40,000 cubic metres of air per hour and thus retain 85% of the pollutants (nitrogen oxides).
