Particulate matter due to mass livestock farming

The Max Planck Institute published a study showing that agriculture is the main cause of particulate matter in the air. Among other things, liquid manure produces ammonia emissions, which then combine with other gases and become fine dust. In order to prevent an increased amount of particulate matter, it is therefore necessary to dispense with mass livestock farming. Would this improve the urban air?
